1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bn777 ("bn777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bn777 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the bn777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on the bn777 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

bn777 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage. This may include submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended or closed and any unverified balances held pending investigation.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bn777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Not share your password with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent bn777 support.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify bn777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bn777 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your bn777 account may be made using supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and may change without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. bn777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and may delay processing pending investigation. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. bn777 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

5.3 Currency

The bn777 Platform operates in PKR for Pakistani users. Users are responsible for any fees or exchange rate differences imposed by their payment provider. bn777 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino game rounds placed on the bn777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market type, as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless a settlement error has occurred.
• bn777 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or where fraud or match manipulation is suspected.

• Promotions are intended for personal use and may not be transferred or sold.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bn777 Platform must not engage in any of the following:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit pricing errors.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or inside information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bn777 staff or other users.
• Attempting to access the Platform's back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.

bn777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found in violation of these prohibitions, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report relevant activity to appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

bn777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. bn777 provides the following responsible gaming tools which Users may activate through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on deposits.
• Loss limits — caps on net losses over a defined period.
• Session time reminders — notifications at user-defined intervals.
• Cool-off period — temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of bn777 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside bn777's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

bn777's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to their bn777 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

bn777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC or other verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• User request for account closure.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Upon closure for breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method after completion of any pending investigations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bn777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before coming into effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to bn777's customer support for resolution.
